Herbert graduated from UTS after studying his Bachelors degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2014. His introduction into acupuncture was due to two chronic back injuries. This has led him to have a clinical focus on pain management and the treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
His interest in sports and an active lifestyle has also directed his clinical focus to supporting both athletes and weekend warriors in their recovery process, injury prevention and performance work based on continued improvement of movement and function.
In his spare time Herbert loves to enjoy the outdoors with his wife, bushwalking, kayaking or going to the beach. As well as practicing jiu jitsu & riding his motor bike.
Herbert started Orthopaedic Acupuncture in 2020 in order to focus on his passion of supporting patients with pain relief and performance management.
Herbert undertakes his consultations in two locations, servicing the Blue Mountains community from the Winmalee Medical Centre, as well as the Hills, from Health Dimensions Norwest.
